Information used by the service
Delegate Pro is an educational resource by NextBiz Digital. Creating an account uses your email address and a password. Passwords are stored as salted cryptographic hashes, not plain text. Orders record the selected product, amount, payment references, status, and time of purchase.
Why information is used
Account and order information is used to authenticate you, verify purchases, provide authorized downloads, resolve access issues, and prevent abuse. Support messages are used to answer your questions. Please do not send passwords or payment credentials to support.
Payments and service providers
When online checkout is enabled, payment information is handled through Razorpay. Delegate Pro does not request or store your full card details, UPI PIN, or bank password. Hosting, database, protected file storage, and transactional email services may process the information needed to provide their functions. Their specific production configuration must be finalized before sales begin.
Cookies and analytics
A necessary, HTTP-only session cookie keeps you signed in for up to seven days. It is not an advertising cookie. No advertising pixels or third-party analytics are currently installed. Any later optional tracking requires appropriate configuration, disclosure, and consent where required.
Keeping information safe
Account and download access is checked on the server. Download links are temporary and purchases are associated with the account that placed the order. No system can promise absolute security. Use a unique password and sign out on shared devices.
Retention and your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information by contacting support. Some order or transaction records may need to be retained to meet applicable legal obligations or resolve disputes. A specific production retention schedule must be confirmed before launch; no fixed retention period is promised here.
Students and personal information
Students who are below the age at which they can consent or enter a purchase agreement should involve a parent or guardian. Do not submit unnecessary personal information about yourself or anyone else.
